 Took me longer to drive to the store and buy these peppers, than it did to setup, shoot, and edit.

Put big mirror on table in front of seamless white paper.
Spray peppers with glycerin\water mixture and put on mirror.
Light with softbox 5 feet away to the right with a white reflector board to the left.
Take the shot, bracketing under and over 1/3 stop.

View shots in Adobe Bridge. Take the original f8 shot.
Curves
Selective color. Bump red +5%. Drop whites 100%
Sharpen

I'd tighten the crop to horisontal and changed lighting a bit - it's almost surgically even without much drama. Drops of wet also clash with sterility of a mirror - they'd look good on a greengrocer stall or in the field, but if shape is your study, then concentrate on dry forms.

If the lighting on this was a bit softer, I would have bumped my score up one. But it's still a good image.

Focus is fantastic here and a great use of mirror (mental note to self - remeber this one ;) ) Probably a good stock shot as well

Nice job!! Those wonderful water drops make me just want to bite into that red one! Very cool photo! I can see it framed in a very thin, simple frame in one of those industrial decor'd, modern kitchens.

i think a closeup would have worked well here due to the dew drops ;) the mirror is a bit distracting i think

Top 3. Superb still life. Color, lighting and framing are top notch. Very high technical quality. Use of the mirror and misting the peppers are perfect added value additions to the composition.

Nice job. I think the only improvement would have been that the light from the right were not so bright as to wash out the peppers with respect to the light. Something softer... 6
