Delightfully clever. But in truth I am at first drawn by the deep dark colours, what looks like a spider, and the prehensile clasp of the tomatillo husk.

Very creative. I love the concept. The two things I would like to see better are more DOF to make the leaf in front sharp and a litle more light inside on the top so the stem is not black. Those are my only comments. Nice job.

Interesting concept. A little more light on the green might have helped

Very eye appealing shot. Love the idea and the darkness surrounding it. Like the hot spot on the top as well.

5 - Don't mind the concept, not sure on the lighting and overall 'darkness'. Sharper / variation in perspective too, may have given this a little extra, in my opinion.

Striking photo but something isn't quite right -- is it lit from a red light from the right? Why not emphasize the complementary colors of the green leaf and red tomatillo? Blown highlights from light source on the top as well.
