 Took this one in a city at 11.30pm. Had to take it handheld and people were moving all the time. It will probably vote low because of that.

I had to guess the exif. The computer I worked on has Windows98 and doesn't show the exif. Have to wait till I'm home again, but by then the voting already started.

A faster shitter speed might have helped make this a sharper image.

Too motion blurred for my taste and also too noisy, great idea though but the motion blur should either be nonexistant or much more to make it seem intentional, this just looks like you accidentally used the wrong shutterspeed.

an ok street photography but it is too dark, should be brighter..

White balance is a little on the yellow side. The people don't appear to be doing anything interesting and don't draw me into the photo.

Tough shot. The people's motion is very distracting. Maybe a higher ISO and faster shutter speed would work better.
