Congrats on the ribbon. It's a beautiful picture. Sort of reminds me of an eye with eyelashes.

Thanks for all the wonderful comments and votes. To those who wondered if it really was a negative image..yes. The background was actually blue and the dandalion was white. Thanks again...Terri

Wow, the yellow is really intense in your image! The seeds stand out against the background as they should, the negative seems to emphasize the contrast between subject and background. I also like your framing, the quarter of a circle gives a nice perspective. I'd have preferred a square crop though.
