 Just some new spring growth on the side of a really old tree. I thought it was interesting.

This is a great shot, the only thing I can offer is that the leaf on the left is blown out.

Nice leaves and placement against a background that really helps to make them stand out. I'm no expert on lighting but I think there's too much on your too left leaf and the the bottom is too much in shade.

Composition is good, unfortunately the picture is blurry. DOF or focus is off. Leaves are a little over exposed. Detail has been lost which would have worked really well with the background

I've seen a lot of plants and trees... Yes, they meet the challenge, but where is the creativity... It's the image that stands out from the rest that wins me over. The lighting is a bit harsh.

Fits the challenge well, I like your background, the only thing I could wish for, for this pic, is that the left leaf wasnt so blown out, looses all the detail you captured so well in the other leaves.
