"Moonlight by gaslight" is a very interesting idea and good subject choice for the Something Old challenge.

I think you defiantly had a great idea with the subject. It is always hard to do shot that include another form of light. I am not sure if your idea was to make the base look invisible and very ghost like, because it does look that way. Unfortunately the ghost like base is kind of distracting. One of the hardest aspect of this piece for me in the focus. The overall shot seems so soft. The upper glow I assume is from the light but it could be the moon. Very interesting idea, I look forward to your future entries.

Seems slightly out of focus, also seems smaller than it has to be. Didn't make it the full 640 pixels, or is it just my eyes?
