 Had trouble finding a good subject. This was done last minute but I think it's a nice abstract. It was a time exposure w/a blue light of several pieces of slate from my yard. Adjusted color balance, sharpened and cropped w/Photoshop.

Looks overexposed. Playing with the contrast and brightness levels will give some nice textures and shadows to the piece. Composition is pretty good.

Ilke the blues and the shadows, but my eye is being taken out of the frame wanting to see more to the right.

overall I like this shot. angles, color, texture and lines bring it together well. the scratches on some of the slate are the only detractors for me. good luck: 8
