The colors and lighting are very good, nice natural expression. Maybe a bit to centered and squaured for my taste. I'd like to see a tighter crop, more of him and less background. 7

Very nice...great sharpness on the eyes but they might be just a tiny bit too bright. The muted colors work extremely well together. Nice background. My only advice is to check the collar to be sure it's not crumpled next time... ;) 7 if I could vote. :)

Eyes seem dodged a tad too much. A small amount less would have made this seem less artificial.

Top of the head is a bit dark... try using a hair light next time to get more contrast between hair and background
