 (Almost ashamed to say) Self-portrait. ROFLMAO I couldn't resist this - especially after a friend dared me to enter it. Ya gotta keep having fun!

clone/blend brush to clean up a few spots

Post Challenge:
Well, my first DQ (and hopefully my last). I was nailed for the teeth and the background. I knew I was pushing the envelope with the teeth, but thought I used legal tools/methods to achieve the look. The background surprised me, because it was really just a black cloth that I darkened. Anyway, I learned a few things and that's the point, right? Now to go collect on my bet... ;-P
Disqualification Details
Cloning, dodging, burning, etc. to improve your photo or remove imperfections or minor distracting elements, etc. is acceptable. However, using any editing tools to duplicate, create, or move major elements of your photograph is not permitted.

Good Lord... this makes me glad I don't have young children looking over my shoulder... sure would scare the bejeesus out of em.

I do like it, although I do have a problem with what I believe is your attempt at doctoring the background, witness the white line above the left shoulder and adjacent to the right cheek bone area.
