Just a little too shallow on the DOF... but I loved the expressions so much in this one, I just had to use it.

Underated IMO. Shallow DOF? Sure, but places the focus right on their eyes and cements their relationship.

The angle of this photo is perfect, and the little guy's tip of the tounge is so cute.

Nice, they have the same look on their faces. Nice lighting, good shot.

ADORABLE portrait. Lighting could be a tad better as there is the shadow from the son's head on dad's face. So cute :) 8

I'd personally prefer a tighter crop around their faces :)

Looks like camera blur overcorrected with sharpening.

That said, I really like this shot. The tones are great. Subtle, yet strong. And I think the pose works. As does the border! =]

A bit too shallow DOF for my taste here, I would have liked to see the mans chin in focus as well but other than that, pretty decent, I like the composition.

If the focus and depth of field would have sharpened just a tad for their faces, this would have been perfect. Still, a perfectly exposed shot with great color and lighting. -8

Cool angle and great smiles. I love how close their faces are, and the vertical composition really enhances the closeness. I would have cropped a little off the bottom, so that the little boy's hand is not so obviously cut off. If the light would have allowed it, stopping down would have allowed for a little more DOF so that Dad's beard was more in focus. Very cute! 8 from me.

Very good capture. TFor me the white T-shirt is a little bit 'hot' and takes some of the attention from their great expressions.
