Greetings from the Critique Club....

It's really unfortunate that a lot of photographers don't bother to fill in the "Photographer's Comments" section when they submit a photo to a challenge... especially when they check the box to request an in-depth critique. I have stopped offering in-depth critique on photos when the photographer chooses not to include his/her own thoughts on the image when they submit it... You might want to consider this in the future.

Interesting concept. I don't find that this execution makes for a compelling image, however. I like the high-key quality but I'd like to see a bit more detail in the leaves and less glare.

what a great idea!!! and I think this should do very well for you...at least I hope it will! I am viewing this on my Tablet pc, so it lacks a little crispness in the focus, but that could be my tablet pc...really good shot

Excellent idea and execution! However, I'd like to see less steps in the transition, and more extreme. Very original, stands out from the mass.

Great idea and so many steps in the life of a leaf.

Nice shot, could see this placing pretty well. Doesn't give me an impression of "old" though so I'm not sure how the majority will vote it.

I really like this. Well obsereved photographed and also top marks for collecting the entire series of leaves!

If I had one tiny niggle it would be the white gaps after the 2nd and 15th leaves, which slightly break the flow of the image for me.

Brilliant - I love it. Was just scanning through the thumbs thinking I'd probably not vote on 'Old' as there were so many entries. Now I've found this, I have to vote 20% to make your 10 score count because you deserve it totally for creativity. Good luck.
