I would not let her rest her chin so heavy on her arm. It distords her face a bit.
If you are doing a pose like this let the chin just gracefuly touch the arm...
Just personal oppinion offcourse.. |

cloth is a little distracting but other than that a very nice pic. I love the lighting and the look of the pic |

I̢۪m not professional, just personal opinion: Her hands seem a little overexposed and this piece of cloth right in front looks rather distracting. Lighting is great.
I hope this will help.

the hand is too bright, the sleeve distracting. the pose is OK, it's just the sleeve sits up a bit.
hair overall needs combed. I agree the eyes are a tad dark, but that doesn't bother me - the lighting on the face is really pretty good. I think the overall look is at odds with itself - highkey BG and the hand is bright, but the face is dark. Try darkening the BG and see if that helps balance things a bit.
Nice tones, good b&w conversion.

I'm going to agree with everything has been said already and suggest maybe some post process to get rid of some of the extra lines and bring out a little more catchlight in the eyes. Very nicely done, and great pose. |

Hi! It's a nice photo, but the highlights are a bit too bright. (Mainly: forehead, nose, hand) The sleeve is kinda in the way, too. Also, there are some lines on her forehead that I can't tell if it's stray hairs or facial lines. That is very minor, tho. It's a nice pose - her eyes are spot on. Her eyes look serious, but her mouth is smirking. I think that gives the photo a little extra oomph :)
Very nice :) |

The bright light on the forehead is rather overpowering, making her eyes and eyebrows appear to be sunken. Also, the sleeve is a bit distracting. I'd like to see more lighting to fill the shadows and to bring out those catch lights that you have started there. Nice composition and a great shot with just a few adjustments. |
