| I gave this a 6. Thought you captured a candid moment quite well. Colors were good. A little more defined on the boy's face, but difficult with a candid - especially after having read your comment that he was waving to his younger brother, which by the way, I didn't notice the 'wave' during the 'brief voting/viewing' I did do - just thought it was a 'hand movement' of sorts. Perhaps a tighter cropping on the right may have accentuated that, as the girl in the rear, although adds something, draws attention away from him slightly, in my opinion. Of course, the 'younger brother' in frame would have been good but I'm sure you'd have included that if you had it. |

I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry in this challenge.
This is ok. Obviously done at some event in which cameras are more expected. Nonetheless it is a candid, but just doesn't have any wow factors for me at all. The capes are pretty, but without them, there is really little to see. It's a 3 for me. |

| I don't give out 10's on a regular basis...... very rare actually.. but this shot is so beautiful that it deserves an 11..... I hope you go on to publish this shot in a very high end publication - the boy is precious...... the pious expression of the girl in the background is so perfect... thank you |
