Very nice, especially the way you managed to contain the tonalities of the lace. Congrats on red! |

Fabulous shot. I understand why you cropped it where you did...but a crop right under the pasties by her right arm, then up after the body may have worked pretty good.
I think it will do real well, great shot. 9 |

Nice candid, color tone and emotion. The composition though should favor the direcction she is looking. |

Warm, engaging, pleasant, sweet lady! The sepiatone really draws out the pathos of the moment. Great composition! Great repetition of lines drawing the eyes to her face. Masterfully done! Kudos! |

This is a very engaging subject and I love her smile. My gripe is, since she is not smiling directly into the camera (therefore, at me, the viewer), I'd like to see who she is smiling at. I'm not quite as drawn in as I should be. |

Pretty cool stuff, though your chosen framing presents problems I think. Both her gaze and her outstretched arm push the dynamic out of frame, making for a non self-contained photograph, which is a shame. Processing and detail are exemplary. |

Beautiful tones. Interesting subject matter. Love the sepia. I'm sure there's a reason for the crop; but I'd rather see more of what's in front of her and less of the fence. Still one of my favorites in this challenge. |

I don't usually like comments or give them, but since candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to comment on every photo in this challenge.
This is my only 10. I love the character in the woman's face. I love the tones (its my own forte`). The tones used are exceptional. The lace adds quite a bit of interest, and it is obvious this photo was not staged, nor had easy candid targets such as children, babies, or animals. It has great focus as well, and you got in close enough to really capture an endearing emotion. Very well done. I hope if any photo makes top three, it is this one. |
