 I wanted to catch both senses: childhood (candid) and adulthood (suit). It was a beatiful contrast and I really enjoyed the parade. It was a religious one ande they played and walked by the streets.
I did not edit the picture. I did not even cut it. Anyhow I did I liked less. Perhaps you can help with your comments. I think this is the best picture I have ever taken (I am a learner...)

I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry in this challenge.

The child is cute and dressed nicely, but that doesn't make a candid a candid to me. I want to see a story or an emotion or something unexpected. I don't see that here. It's a 3 vote from me. Lots of shadows on the face and the focus is more on the uniform. Just doesn't do anything for me as a candid I'm afraid.
