 Blurred, rotated, desaturated, and photographed through the windshield to give a disorientate feel.

I doubt many DPCers will mark it high. Oh well.

Shooting through glass is tough because of reflections or focus. On this piece its the focus, but that is what makes this good. I like how the picture looks monochromatic except the siren lights and the intersection sign. Give you a feeling of what happened. Composition is good. I like the angle you used.

through the window shots are not easy to do and this one just did not go well for me. I like that you rotated. a little more contrast and focus. good luck 4

What is the dotted line across the bottom of the picture? It seems to distract the eye.

I like the off-angle approach of this image and clearly you met the challenge, but the overall gray blur of the photo makes it look like you took the shot through a dirty windshield.
