::: Critique Club :::
Hi, my name is Kari and from the critique club.
First Impression - the most important one:
An emotionally drawing image.
Composition:
I think this works ok .. as the lines in the picture draw your eye towards the top right courner.
Subject:
Meets the challenge .. is a scary way.
Technical (Colour and light):
Black and white works well for this ... it appears shartp ... a little less DOF may have helped but I am not sure.
To grow its vote?:
a head or face maybe ... knowing that he was alive ... for a first entry you have done really really well.
Summary:
Good shooting ... I can see that you are going to create some stirs around here with good hard placed emotional shots like this one.
If you've got any questions about this critique, please feel free to contact me via the PM system.
Cheers

Very small picture ... try maximising the size of the picture to maximise the impact. |

I don't usually like comments or give them, but since candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to comment on every photo in this challenge.
Nice tones. A bit odd to only see the one leg, but it gives it some interest. Too bad no face is showing. Kind of easy to get too, if they don't see you coming. A 5 vote from me. |
