Thanks for all the great comments and favorites. I was concerned that the reflection might be too oily looking due to the small waves in the water ... but I'm very happy with my score. Thanks!

I gave this an 8. Great lines and colors makes this almost "pure photography," i.e., all about shapes and color in two dimensions rather than representation.

This is so cool! I didn't get to it during the challenge so didn't get a chance to vote on it. There were too many, LOL :)

I really like the colors, the clarity and the look of this shot. The only thing that bothers me just a touch is the balance, the X on the rope isn't on a third line or cross section or even in the middle on the side, it leaves me feeling a bit off for some reason. Maybe just a slightly different crop? Otherwise I cannot find anything wrong with this, I would have given it a 9 if I had gotten to it.

Wow! What have you been smokin? Another beautiful water image; great composition, wonderful teasing abstract overtones, terrific everything. I didn't vote, or even look, but this is without question the best I've seen in the first 5 pages of results. Virtual Blue Ribbon, cobber. Congratulations, Amy!
