 Ha! You'll be singing that for days now! :P Yet again I feel I deserve extra points for going above and beyond for DPC. I BAKED A CAKE! And... I don't like cake (but do like to decorate them)!! I shot it, then gave it to the neighbors! If that weren't enough, I bought yellow oven mitts too! My kitchen is aubergine & camel!!

Neighbors like the cake though and I like the shot, so I suppose it was worth it.

Not much editing needed, shot in jpg, which I rarely do, so didn't even have the 'convert' step - almost feels like cheating! lol

Great idea and well executed... the yellow background may be a bit overkill, I wonder how this would look on a contrasting color or even plain white or gray? Still, awesome.

Beautiful creation and love the warm yellow tones. Not sure that the mitts are needed.

Love the idea, but the yellows blend together a little too much - there's no dimension to the picture, it looks a little flat (IMO).

Lovely yellows. Wonderful presentation but I do find the mits somewhat out of place though. Enough yellow here to not wear them :)

What a beautiful looking cake. I think it could have done without the oven gloves. It would have been perfect on its own with the yellow background.
