Easy does it on the sharpening. This is just my opinion but to me it looks way over sharpened ... to the point of distraction. Backing off a bit would have improved an otherwise worthy photo.

I'm not crazy about the sepia but this shows great skin and hair texture and his eyes are penetrating. His face looks slightly distorted to me.
