 Unfortunately don't have a macro lens for my Kodak P&S, but love getting as close up to things as photographically possible. I had to enlarge my image via cropping to fit the definition of more than 1.1x, expect comments about the focus and DNMC, but damn it, I wanna play.

By the way is it asparagus tips waiting for steaming in my kitchen, the red pepper shots were even worse. Here goes ...

Very creative subject choice! It looks a tad out of focus to me. Lighting looks good and the colors are very natural!

I never realized there were so many hues here. White background is a little distracting. Good eye!
