 Converted from RAW, worked in PSP9.

Straightened and cropped.

Adjusted histogram, lightened, cloned out imperfections, used layers to brighten up colours, used dodge/burn to bring out detail.

Resized, sharpened, added border, final touches (dodge/burn; blended in a couple imperfections; digital noise reduction).

Love the warm yellows and the pastel background colors. A unique view of the flower with just the tips of the petals towards the camera and in focus. One of my top picks from the challenge! Well done! :)

Beatiful. One of my favorite still life flower photos of the challenge. I like the addition of the secondary colors which still dont take the focus away from Yellow.
