Ah, a challenge within a challenge. I like it. Lets see. . . the inside of the left foot (unless you have reversed it) near the heel.

I like the grayscale but would like to see a bit more contrast. 5.

If this image had greater tonal range I would have liked it better. The background in the top right detracts in my opinion.
