I didn't vote and only browsed through the thumbs (even now i have only bothered to look at 2-3 pics :) and figured this fountain was yours. What's bothersome is the green stuff on the right (line, guy, and wall). Even though the fountain is beautiful, those vivid colors are very close to the edge of an otherwise fairly dark picture and pull the eye out of it. Without the greenish stuff on the right, this would be a good picture.

this seems a bit too dark, plus i kept getting distracted by the person on the right side, it seems to dra the attention away from the fountain

Nice long exposure, i like the effect it has on the fountain.

I could give comments like "too dark" or "the green line (a power pole?) on the right is distracting, but I can see what you were trying to do by making the fountain the focal point (that does look pretty cool). I'm afraid the photo just doesn't appeal to me. I would rather see more of the ground than having those lights "floating" in the darkness.

The fountain really makes this shot. Awesome. It'll be right up there i reckon. Like to know what settings you used. Good stuff.
