Put a layer of water on a white plate. Added a few bubbles of vegetable oil. Added one drop of each red, yellow and blue food coloring and jiggled the plate so they would swirl together.

Post processing: cropped, auto color, auto contrast, bumped contrast and saturation, resized, unsharp mask, added border.
