 Editing steps:
Duplicate the original color layer and convert it to B&W. Add a Brightness/Contrast Adjustment Layer and highered the contrast till satisfied. To the B&W Layer I applied a Sepia Tone
Style and then lowered the Opacity of this layer to let the colors from the underlying layer come through.

I like the mood and the lighting, and really nice leading line with the hand rail. Nice photo!
