 Onion Bulb was kept in water on a wet cloth for overnight.Peeled upper coat and cut to 1/3 to keep sprouted root buds up.Photographed with Ultra closeup attachmentlens screwed on.Used closeup Stand.Tilted and cropped.Darkened unwanted area and made root sprouts to appear slightly yellowish.

Focus is very important in Macro photography; this looks more like a painting than a photograph. As a painting, I love it. As a photo, I don't.

It looked so cool in thumbnail :( Still a cool find, but the motion blur is bad. A tripod, even a stack of books and your timer would help this.
