So despite another commentor saying essentially the same thing as me it's me who is at fault for not seeing the challenge? Thanks for the PM and I quote..

IMHO to become a better photographer you need to accept criticism better, it's not personal, I don't know you, I gain nothing from adding a comment to your image. You are the one who should benefit.

how long did you think about the subject before entering this photo? It looks like a happy snap you photographed whilst you were on the bike. You could of at least waited for the guy to get out of the way/get in focus! |

It's not that I don't think one can have a garden in a city. It's just that I don't think wild-growing bushes by the river constitute one. It's possible what's across the river does, but as one can't really see it well, that doesn't help much. And if you meant the skyline to be the 'garden', I'm afraid we're going to have to completely disagree on the definition of a garden. |

A faster shutter speed would have stoppe dthe sky being washed out, and also stopped the motion blue on the cyclist |
