| In low key shots, the object is to find the perfect point at which there is just enough light to hold the viewers interest. For me, this image just misses. The foreground is too bright, not allowing me past it into the background. If there had been just a little more light in the background, the image would have overcome this issue and my curiousity would have been piqued; I would have wanted to go deeper into the image. The colors are interesting - they do hild my attention. But they overpower the rest of the image and leave me thinking it would have been better to crop the top. 5 - good luck in the challenge! |

The background is great for low-key. The foreground is uhmm.... hrm.
