You hit the challenge on the head with this one (in terms of lighting/composition etc), however it seems everything has a tiny bit of blur (possibly handshake?). This detracts from the overall feel of the image. However, in a challenge where the majority of people have misinterpreted `low-key` as `underexposed`, this stands out. I am not going to lie and say you will ribbon with this image, but I wouldnt be surprised to see you in the top 20. Which in a challenge with over 200 entries, is something to be pleased about. Well done. |

I like the lighting on this one, with silhouttes on the bottom. The brush on the right may be distracting a bit, maybe one brush is enough? |

This image really spoke to me. I was an oil painter for years - haven't done any recently. Love the image. Especially the shadow detail. |
