 shot in, guess what, a sushi bar in Zurich. Camera set atop two stacked napkin dispensers.

Cropped, color cast adjusted. Had to clean up the translucent menu, so you can't see what's written on the back - major operation.

Most unique idea, love the composition with the sign in great focus and the sushi in motion but the person in the background is a distraction. Tell her to move next time LOL.

OK. I don't care for the sharp sign on the left. It takes up too much of the image space and doesn't do much more than identify the setting. With your title, you don't need it. I think it would be better to eliminate the sign and focus your camera on the menu on the counter.
