 Had fun with this one, never tried this technique before. Background was made of black rug, camera on tripod, used a lamp for lighting with a reflector to diffuse the harsh light. Zoomed from 35mm to about 20mm while the two seconds were passing. Used an RC-1 remote with 2 seconds delay to trigger the camera.

I adjusted the levels in Digital Photo Professional, converted to jpg, burnt bits in the corners and dodged some bits on the white part of the clock. Cropped, Resized and a little USM before saving.

A zoom blur. These are very hard unless you anchor the camera and put a weoght on it. Bumping up for good effort.

Among the clock photos, I think this is the best. It's great that you've set it at midnight ... I really feel the urgency.

Lot's of people used pictures of clocks and watches in this challenge, but this is one of the best I've seen.
