Greetings from the Critique Club! :)
Your photo is good in that it wonderfully conveys the intimacy and warmth of the subject, both in composition and the choices you seem to have made in post-processing. The angle of the arms and hands toward the lower right of the image neatly divide the scene into light and dark areas that satisfy. Interesting shapes arise out of the play between the subject, its background, and the lighter area represented by the figure. There is a very satisfying tension between the textured skin of the masseur's hands, and the much softer and lighter skin of the massaged figure. Your choice of duotone is an excellent one, and adds to the effect. Sharpening in this picture may not be as necessary as in some, due to the sense provided by the subject matter. The image oozes warmth.
There is a distracting element that divides the lower portion of the interesting shape at left that is created the arms and the massaged figure's body. Despite the limits of this particular challenge, the overall effect may be enhanced by dodging that area. As well, there are noticeable jpeg artefacts which unfortunately greatly detract from an otherwise wonderful picture. Keep up the good work!
Hope this helps,
Louis |

I like this a lot but I can't help thinking how it would look in full color. |
