 This is where I study. I would like to thank my classmates Christine, Nadine and Laura (f.l.t.r) to pose for this photograph in the library.

I decided not to use NoiseNinja and not to sharpen the image. I tried to convey the charme of the building (a former cloister, see the windows) whilst introducing a modern element with the models with their contemporary clothing. I reflected this in my post processing.

like the layout and perspective, the eye wanders within the frame nicely, choice of the graininess in the processing works really well - good job :)
Passing through again and this is one of my choices for a ribbon :)

Hmmm and I thought Luxembourg didn't have an university... to learn that is educative;-) Great shot but would have been better if it was more clear and not overexposed partly.

Good capture and nice composition. The highlights do look a bit blown out to me (something we didn't have to worry about as much with B&W film). I like the contrast and tone as they lend to a sense of antiquity.

I really like this shot. ALthough the white areas seem to be blown out, maybe that's what you intended, but it seems to be a bit distracting.

Nice shot. Good scene, good composition. The whites seem almost blown on the bookshelves and desks, but I think it works with your processing. Great use of triangulation with your subjects. Good job :-)

Wow really broad exposure range, must have been tough to shot and process. Some highlights close to blown out and some shadows very deep, but I really like this shot. Good composition.

Nice composition and poses, stacks and stained glass windows. Some areas are blown out, and the image looks overprocessed with grain from oversharpening.
