Nice shoes. Shooting black objects can be a challenge, as they can end up being non-descript, as in this case. It would probably be better to have at least one shoe in profile, and expose for as much shoe detail (eyelets/laces) as possible. Black strapy sandals would be easier to shoot simply because they start with much more visible detail. |

the lighting here is nice till you get to the harsh shadow at the back of the shoes. using a menalla envelope or a white papper or something as a fill card would help reduce the shadow when lighting this way in the future. nice clean composition nice backround woodlook/wood. |
