I left my camera (along with my heart)with my wife in Cuba 3 months ago. E-mails and pictures are the main form of communications between us. This is her first submission...

Omar mi amor, I was thinking about that new DP challenge you mentioned...and that's why I took this pictures of Danny's feet on the ground of the garden. I have not real pretensions about it. It was just an idea, I know that it is not a great picture, but I am sure that I could sell the idea because it is a good one....I wish Danny were even younger...a baby of 9 month, so, her feet would be little....and I would like it more.....

Te Amo,
Nardelis

Photoshop? Yes indeed and I think it is legal so long as you apply it to the entire image. Anyway, I learned it from one of the tutorials here in DP Challenge a photograph called "Rest" by fellow photographer Miller

black and white foot with a color plant, isn't that against the layers rule?

I'm not sure why you chose to use selective desaturation, and I dont really think it adds anything to the photo.
