 this is probably the most editing i have done to an entry here.

thanks to jess for her patience & cooking the eggs for me ;}

i got the idea from an article in the newspaper this morning about dr. suess - but had to wait until later to take it. it's supposed to mimic an illustration from the book ( i think anyway ).

lit by 550ex bounced off wall - and a flood light.

basically the editing involved masking off the odd colored areas, and using curves and hue/saturation to alter the colors in specific areas. some dodging and burning on the can.

to add some drama to the background i did a gradient fill on a mask, blacked out the subjects, then adjusted levels for the area revealed by the mask.

couple dust spots remain - but out of time for today.
