 Based on a classic line by Edward Bullwer-Lytton, namesake of the annual "Bad Writing Contest" held by San Jose State University, and which was quoted countless times by Snoopy, the cartoon beagle.

The street outside during a hail/rainstorm, handheld.

-Cropped a bit
-Resize for DPC
-Burned the grass tufts to reduce flash effect
-USM at 16%/64 dia/TH = 0
-USM at 66%/0.6 dia/TH = 5
-2 point black stroke
-6 pixel border selection, feathered 8 pixels
-Feathered selection filled with black
-SaveAs JPEG at quality 7/10 = 121KB

The grass in the foreground looks interesting but not sharply in focus not sure about the wood? crossing the image.
