 Old shoe repair shop and collector of olden day shoes. Cropped, desaturate, hue and temp, levels, resize, .2 gaussian blur, NeatImage, USM and small border. Macro setting with auto WB, light from the sun.

I loved this during the footwear challenge, so I am now adding it to my favorites as well.....I also think you deserved a higher score than you received.....Great timeless image.....
