Thanks for all the comments and my first ribbon. It was do to all the help I got from people on this site by getting input on photography and with my work and reading input you gave to others. I would also like to thank Crayola for without their crayons this would not be possible.

But if the truth was know, if you look really close at the photo you can tell I had my eyes closed. THanks again.

nice image. and nice color contrast ;) I can see the crayon turn into a pencil which is abt to drop. nice composition too !

I love the child-like quality given to the picture by the title, I can just imagine my little sister saying that! The idea is brilliant and the colours are perfect, as is the DOF. Nice one!

Wonderful shot, very creative! DOF is so spot on - nicely done. The crayola paper around the pencil doesn't have a crease in it - you obviously spent some time prepping this image. Great job! Hope you do well!

Wow. I love everything about this picture - the focus, the colors, the perfect point on the pencil. In my opinion, one of the top two in this challenge.

Great idea. Great picture. The only flaw I see, and I'm nitpicking, is the marks around the bottom of the pencil. Maybe if that was oof too? Anyway, my favorite so far! 9
