It's just too dark, but good idea. |

it's kind of dark. Can't really see anything. Doesn't really portray anything fearful to me. |

The soft focus adds nicely to the ominous feeling. |

I can tell this is supposed to be dark, but it is so dark I can't tell what the details are. The little spots of lights on the left look like little pairs of eyes, don't know if it was intentional or not. |

im sorry but this is a little too blurry and dark to hold my interest. i like blur and darkness but only if there is some associated payoff. mag99 |

"It's too dark I can't tell." Thats just IMO, but I've looked at this picture on two different monitors and on both it's too dark to see anything, scarry or not. |

Can't really make anything out. I'm not sure what I am looking at or what you are attempting to portray... |

Attempting to create a sense of mystery? I don't see anything, and if there were something to see, it would be out of focus. Too dark for the camera. 3 Swash |

I liked the idea, but the quality isn't that good. |

... but unfortunately this photo is soo dark on my monitor that i really can't make anything out. i realize that this is likely your intent to make it more scary, but as a photo, it does not appeal to me at all, sorry. -- gr8photos (2) |

Far too dark, can't see whats going on. |

I bet you're hearing "too dark" a lot and are sick of it by now, so I'll resist the temptation. It definitely has a 'spooky' feeling to it, but I'm really not sure what I'm looking at. The dot in the center grabs my eye every time I look, but it's just a dot to me. |

you should try to make the picture speak for itself and intersting too. |

There's something out there...but I can't see what it is, cause everything's too dark. :-) |

Nice setting for the mood though not quite enough definition to establish a solid context. |

A bit out of focus and the small lights are distracting. |

...and if we could only SEE what it was....then maybe we would be scared... |

I can appreciate why you'd want this photo to be dark... I think... but its hard to tell what I'm looking at. |

I like the way the lights on the left look like eyes in the darkness. If this was photographed through a window looking outside, I would love to see a little more light on the window frame = 5 - jmsetzler |
