Lovely picture, and one of the only successful landsacpe-as-comfort pictures that really work. Lighthouses are such powerful images... Wonderful idea, and what good fortune to be near enough such a lovely spot to b able to shoot it at will!

This may have been an even better shot, a little later at night. Not sure if this lighthouse is operational, but I can imagine with dusk coming on, and a beam of light shooting out in the distance, that this shot would have been amazing.

nice work, but perhaps the lighthouse would be more dynamic further to the left of the image?

I thought of doing a lighthouse shot but the weather didn't co-operate. I like this shot and the movement in the water.

I had a similar idea for this challenge but went another direction. Seeing this terrific image, I realize I made a mistake. Great photograph.
