I think you missed the point of the challenge: You were supposed to illuminate the scene with a non-stationary source of light, not use environmental light to illuminate your shot.

The concept is good but Im guessing this was hand held. If so, I would suggest using a tripod. If you do use a tripod, then dont put it too close to the traffic. The movement of the vehicles will actually cause the tripod to move & give a blurry effect.

Think this would have worked a lot better with a tripod! Nice length of trails though, is a good exposure.

IMO light trails like this work best when the background is crisp. I'm assuming this is a hand-held shot? Might have been more effective if you'd used a tripod.
