Unfortunatly when I photographed this horse, I was on my way to restaurant after very hot and long day. So I just did a picture with no adjustment. And after arrival home (Vancuver) I just decided to use this photo in Trends challenge.
Another day I saw this horse about 20 km in the mountains in Indian (first canadian nations) village. There must have been tough ride home. I promis, next time I take much more care about seting the challenge picture. Thanx for comments. |

Maybe the rest all went in the bar. This guy looks like he's ready for a cold one as well. (If he could only open that danged DOOR!) |

This was a really opertunistic shot! I'll have to give you credit for being in the right place at the right time WITH your camera! Good framing with the pole and the tree. The street shows your location off. This one made me laugh! |

From my perspective, as the picture moves from left to right, you can see the western corrall transition slowly into the neon district. I wish the horse were out from under the ledge, left a little more and closer other than centered and dark. |

Why have the horse dead centre frame? I would think you could crop to the pillar beside it's head, and almost up to it's hooves and lose none of the important information and at the same time increase the compositional impact. It's a really nice capture though, great moment. levels and contrast could perhaps be usefully played with too. |

Good idea, I think a tighter crop would ahve worked better, with the horse in the bottom right of the frame. |
