 The opportunity to use our fireplace is pretty rare here on the Texas Gulf Coast. I thought it was nice, so I took a couple shots using the coffee table as my tripod.

I think the composition might have been a little stronger had you pulled back the screen on both sides to serve as a sort of frame to the fire. Your exposure is great.

If you chose a warmer colour I think it would have worked a bit better, maybe red/orange and yellow? 6
