I wait forever for this challenge to come and what do they do? They make it basic editing! Well....that's life for ya ;-)
I really hated the idea of another self portrait. I couldn't stand looking at my face anymore....solved that problem, though I'll assume most people won't like having my head chopped off.....or the overblown background...or the brown object on the bench (not even I know what the heck that is). Or they could find something I completely missed, you never know. But hey, I've been waiting for this, so I'm gonna enter!
It's times like these I really wish I had a model....and a studio...and designer clothes...and a hairstylist, and a makeup artist....and advanced editing...blah :-)
------------------
Thanks everyone for the votes and comments and stuff! ;-) Glad to see this finish in the top 20, atleast.
And sorry Ben, my head was chopped off in the original too :-P it was completely by accident, but decided to keep it anyway.

I like this shot a lot, but I think it would have been better if we could see her face. The green and brown tones work well together.

I don't much care for the cropping of the head.

The bench nicely draws my eye along to the model, but it keeps going back to try to figure out what else that is on the bench.

Where's her head?

I see what you were going for, but you really need a face with the fashions unless you are shooting underwear and then you will see lots of headless bodies

Great shot. It leaves me wanting to see her face, but I really like how you created that since of anticipation. The colors and set up were all really great as well. This is one of my favorites in the challenge. 8

I like the richness of this photo, and the bit of mystery as too what her face looks like. But - the FIRST thing I noticed when the picture popped up was that something on the bench.

hmmm very intersting decision to chop the head off. It works to focus us on her torso and lower extremity, but I would like to see the face imho.

Very nice. It looks like it could be in an Anthrolopologie catalog. I like the setting, the color, the fashion...well done.

I would have liked to see her face. I love the colors of the photo, I don't like the blown out sky in the back.

I'm one of those weird people who occasionally like shots with the head cut off. Like how the green of the shirt is echoed in the foliage.

Nicce, The first one that I can actaully relate with, lol. I mean, who doesn't have a pair of jeans like that?! If i Had entered, I would have gone for the ripped jeans and Converse look, and suprisingly there weren't that many that touched that at all. Nicce

I like this composition and use of color... it looks like you had lighting from the side - if this is true, I would have liked to have seen that back door closed as it is a bit washed out, which happens with back lighting and is distracting.

Like the composition and the way the greens repeat. Would have like to see the model's face.

Would be better if the sky weren't blown out and if she had a head. Good concept, but perhaps another angle or another crop would have worked better.
