What an amazing photo! I would love to see more of this series. Seems we North Americans only focus on what the news folks focus on, and we somehow ignore that our brothers and sisters in places like The Sudan are oppressed, dying by quantities we can scarcely comprehend. I photographed a number of Sudanese refugees two summers ago. The images are seared into my brain. Beautiful people who have been through trials incomprehensible to most of us.

I seriously would be very interested in learning more about your involvement and your trip to the Sudan.

Telling photo. You can tell how different the training is for our countries Military sheesh. This is somewhat sad. He is obviously malnourished.
