Greetings from the Critique Club...
If you request a critique from the critique club, you should always fill out your 'Photographer's Comments' field when you submit your photo. When you don't include your own thoughts on the image, you can't really expect someone else to give their time and effort to give you a critique. It makes me think that you don't care enough about your own photo to take the time to post your thoughts on it...
I can't offer you much here because you didn't bother to fill out your camera settings. I do agree with a lot of the comments you have already received regarding exposure time and lack of sharpness in the still areas of the image. Compositionally and subjectively, I like what you are presenting, but the execution is rather poor... |

Im guessing this was hand held. If so, I would suggest using a tripod. If you do use a tripod, then dont put it too close to the traffic. The movement of the vehicles will actually cause the tripod to move & give a blurry effect. |

Your exposure was too long on this one. You could have reduced the overblown highlights by adjusting your camera to a higher aperture, or even changing your iso to a lower number. Night shots take a lot of practice, but it is worth the trying just to finally get those wonderful shots we all strive to get. |

I like the exposure, not sure how I feel about the soft focus though. |

I think something should be in focus in this photo... I would opt for the gentleman in the foreground. That would of been very cool. Stationary subject close to the camera, sharp and focused, while the world blurs by him. |

by the look of the border this is a scanned photo?! you should at least cropped it better... it's not interesting as a portrait or as a night scene or as an urban scene, the overexposed areas are bad, the trees with lights are ugly; looks like a snapshot with no particular merits at all |
