 I really struggled with an idea for this theme. After some poor attempts at lust, I caught my reflection in the mirror and realized what a lazyt bum I looked like in the middle of a Monday afternoon. Immediately I realized I had to capture the sloth within.

The clock, the daylit window, my scraggly appearance, and pill bottle were important in the image to show that I wasn't just asleep at night.

I shot and corrected in raw. Next used Photoshop to desaturate, maniupulate curves and unsharp mask.

The editing was used to accentuate a "dark weight" that seems to consume me in the image.

I'm interested to see what people think about this one.

great photo, but your daughter want;s her clock back. For the realistic points, the clock should be facing the bed a little more.

Ahh, some days we all want to do this! The Hello Kitty clock seems a tad out of place here, but otherwise a great shot!

nice contrast!! i think u might need a little bit more bedhead. and the hello kitty clock is jusssst a bit out of tune with the rest of the decor of the room. but i'm no interior designer ;)

i like this image. i like the colors and the composition. and sloth is hard to represent becuase most peopel will jsut represent boredum.

Nice shot with good framing and colors, but I'd clear the dresser of the clutter (all but the cute clock)
