 Had this idea for the picture when i saw the challenge title, it was however very difficult to find cow out and about, most are in sheds out of the cold.

Image was cropped, shadow & highlighted and a few bit cloned out to clean it up.

She just missed the lens, when a second later she stuck her very long tongue out :-)

Great capture!

A bit more 'punch' from increased contrast would have bosted the score. I think this would also look reall good as a B&W version.
